3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
3.4 You must notify 12play21 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 12play21 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.5 12play21 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide reasons.
4.1 All financial transactions on the 12play21 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise. Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and selected cryptocurrency channels.
4.2 12play21 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited must originate from a payment instrument registered in the name of the account holder.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, bonus wagering requirement completion. 12play21 targets the following withdrawal processing times as a guideline — not a guarantee: e-wallets (Touch n Go, Boost) within 5 minutes of approval; local bank transfer within the same business day; cryptocurrency within one blockchain confirmation.
4.5 12play21 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending the completion of anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
4.6 Player funds are held in segregated accounts and are not commingled with 12play21 operational funds.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 12play21 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.
5.2 12play21 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds credited in error will be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
5.3 Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or any coordinated effort to exploit bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.4 Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified on each individual promotion page.
5.5 12play21 reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus play where such a limit is specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.1 All games on the 12play21 Platform operate in accordance with the specific rules published for each game title. Where these Terms conflict with individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.
6.2 12play21 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its digital games, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers and subject to the applicable studio procedural rules.
6.3 Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. 12play21 will not reverse confirmed bets except where a verifiable system or studio error has occurred. In such cases, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
6.4 12play21 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets placed using a technical error or software glitch, and is not obligated to honour winnings derived from such errors.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No right is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 12play21.
10.1 The 12play21 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 12play21 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 12play21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
10.3 12play21's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
10.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 12play21 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 12play21 implements industry-standard security measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
12.1 12play21 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulation.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority licensing framework under which 12play21 operates.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 12play21, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism as specified by the applicable licensing authority.
13.3 Any formal legal proceedings not resolved through ADR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts under the applicable licensing framework.
